In the engine machining department a Rottler HP7A Automatic honing machine is used to hone all of our engine blocks to our high standards. It utilizes a torque plate to stress the engine block to the same conditions as when it has a cylinder head bolted to it. Using diamond and CBN hone stone technology for the latest in hone finishes as required by the modern ring package.
