Honing
In the engine machining department e a Rottler HP6A Automatic honing machine is used to hone all of our engine blocks to our high standards. It utilizes a torque plate to stress the engine block to the same conditions as when it has a cylinder head bolted to it, as well as the optional hot hone system that heats the engine block and honing fluid up to the normal operating temperature of the particular engine being honed.
