Last race of the year and the team is hoping for a good weekend.
Qualifing
After three rounds of qualifing aaron is 4th position with a best of 7.024 at an incredible speed for the conditions of 195.90, the fastest of the second session. Aaron's third qualifier showing the fastest increments but had to abort the run when the clutch started to slip. Tyronne's 1st qualifier put him into 9th spot at the end of qualifing . Tyronne's qualifing was not good having to abort the last two passes as the car blew the clutch off it on both runs.
Eliminations Round 1
Tyronne is first up and against scott porter, this has not been Tyronne's year as the car is on seven cylinders due to a rocker adjuster breaking. Tyronne looses in first round
Aaron is up against mate shane tucker again. Aaron takes the win a 7.057 sec pass at 195.39 to a losing 7.0687 pass at 193.69
Round 2
Aaron is against championship leader jason grima, the track has been covered in dust blowing across it, the sydney clean up crew try to clean it up but dont bother to clean the race line. What the. Everybody knows that they are going to have trouble. Aaron has only gone a best of .030 at the tree, so he decides he will hit it harder and redlights.
The year is over again the team is not disappointed, but looking forward to next season . Jason grima wins his first australian championship but with no round wins. Aaron is second with Tyronne down in 9th place his lowest position ever.
The new season starts next year in April at Calder Raceway
