Commitment Pays Off - New National Record - 196.85mph
The Winter Nationals of 2014 has been a very special meeting for Tremaniac Racing and has seen the fruits of 4 years of labour for the team.
“We managed to achieve everything we set out to at this meeting. Multiple 6 second passes from both cars, a new Australian Pro Stock speed record of 196.85mph and most importantly taking first and second places for the meeting with both Tremaniac Racing cars in the final. Given the competitiveness of Australian Pro Stock racing right now, this is right up there as one of our proudest achievements” explained Aaron Tremayne.
Wild Weekend at Calder for Tremaniac Racing
Calder – Thursday afternoon the Tremaniac Racing team arrive set up for friday racing and check out the facilities and the track.
After walking down the track and surveying all the bumps and the transition from concrete to asphalt where the bitumen was about 40mm higher than the concrete Tyronne and Aaron knew they were in for a wild ride and the cars would have to be tuned to the track conditions to have any chance of getting down.
Tremaniac Racing Dominate Pro Stock
Hard work and dedication paid off for brothers Tyronne and Aaron Tremayne at this year’s Winternationals as the pair meet for the fifth time in a final with Aaron taking the win when Tyronne red lighted with a -.001 reaction time.
“We were extremely busy” said Kerry “ our parts for our engines arrived two days before the warm-ups. Then the tail gate loader decided to give us a hard time and to top it off it rained on Saturday hence no data for the winters”

A weekend filled with highs and lows and the team were kept extra busy on Sunday explains Kerry.
What a way to start the meeting with Aaron qualifying in number one spot with a 7.006 pass and Tyronne number 2 with a 7.036 pass, but this was all about to change.
